Can I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry to hear you didn't love your Gold Bar. 

We offer a full refund or exchange for items returned to us within 30 days of your receipt in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items returned that have been opened and are in non-saleable condition. 

Please note that any refunds will not include return shipping charges.

How do I process a return or exchange?

Just reach out to us at team@goldbarnaturals.com with your order number # and the products you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest. 

What happens after I dispatch my return or exchange?

Hang tight. Once received, our team will evaluate the returned item and determine whether it is still in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. If the returned item meets the criteria, your refund or return will be processed within 5-10 business days. 

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If what you received is different from the one you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at team@goldbarnaturals.com to let us know and we'll be sure to get you the Gold Bar you ordered!
